Thanksgiving (part 1)
Thanksgiving was full of blessings... from enjoying a lovely pancake breakfast with our church, meeting friends at a pumpkin patch and getting together with family for dinner. It was a wonderful day and we continually give thanks to God!

Celebrate 30!!!
Last month on October 23rd, Mark turned 30 years old and we had a wonderful time celebrating all weekend. On Saturday, October 22nd we had a surprise party for him with some of his close friends and family. The following day (his actual birthday) he was working pretty much the entire day but we surprised him that evening when he was teaching the youth, by wheeling in the boys in a wagon with balloons and cake while singing "Happy Birthday". On Monday we enjoyed celebrating his birthday together as a family. A tradition that we've started is that on the eve on a person's birthday, they receive their first card which also includes a paper that describes what the family has put together as a fun day for the person celebrating their birthday (of course the schedule of the day has been put together with great consideration to the happiness of the birthday person and all is subject to change based on what the birthday person wants to do). All in all it was a great weekend celebrating a great man, husband, daddy...that God has blessed us with!
